These Terms govern your use of LoveCuri.
You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
LoveCuri provides educational information about sexual health and wellness. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to request content that is explicit, exploitative, or involves minors or non-consensual activity.
LoveCuri owns the platform itself — its design, code, and original educational content (courses, blog posts). You retain ownership of the messages you send us; using the service just grants us the license we need to operate it (for example, sending your message to our AI provider to generate a response, and storing your conversation history so you can pick it back up later). We don't claim any broader ownership over what you write to us.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms — including the Acceptable Use section above — abuse the service, or if required to by law. Where practical we'll try to notify you first; for anything involving safety, abuse, or legal risk, we may act immediately without advance notice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveCuri and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you're on the free plan.
For anything about a charge, a refund, or canceling a paid plan, see our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [company's jurisdiction — to be finalized before launch], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
