To attempt the Helicopter, your man first needs to confirm he has enough flexibility. Standing upright, he should be able to point his penis straight down toward the floor without much discomfort before even attempting this pose.

If he's flexible enough, you're ready to begin! Start by lying face-down on the bed, legs straight and spread wide. Your man then lies face-down too, but facing the opposite direction, legs also straight and spread. He backs up until his thighs rest over yours, then angles his penis so it points toward your vagina. From there, he eases in slowly, careful not to overextend himself.
