This Privacy Policy describes how LoveCuri ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information.
Account details (email), your onboarding responses, and your chat messages, which are stored to provide conversation history and personalization.
AI provider. Your chat messages are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI, and/or xAI depending on configuration) solely to generate a response. Per each provider's published API terms, data sent through their API is not used to train their models by default and is not shared for advertising — we'd recommend checking each provider's current API data-usage policy directly for the full, up-to-date detail, since these terms can change.
Payment processor. Billing is not yet enabled — see our Pricing page. Once paid plans go live, your payment details (card or other payment method, billing address) will be sent directly to our payment processor, Razorpay, to process the charge. They receive your payment information only, never your chat content or onboarding answers, and LoveCuri itself never stores your full card details.
Responses in LoveCuri's chat are generated automatically by artificial intelligence — not written or reviewed by a human before you see them. They're provided for informational and educational purposes only, and are never a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other expert advice. Please don't rely solely on an AI response when making important personal, medical, legal, financial, or relationship decisions — you're responsible for evaluating whether what it tells you is accurate, relevant, and right for your situation before acting on it.
If you're dealing with a medical condition, a mental health concern, a relationship crisis, or any other serious or urgent situation, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services directly — not the chat.
We work to make responses helpful and accurate, but we can't guarantee that any AI response is always accurate, complete, current, or error-free — like any AI system, it can occasionally get things wrong or out of date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveCuri is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or decision resulting from reliance on an AI-generated response (see our Terms of Service for the full liability terms). Using the AI Chat feature is your choice, at your own discretion and risk.
To operate the service, personalize responses, and maintain your conversation history. We do not sell your data. We do not embed third-party advertising or analytics trackers that read your chat content.
We keep your account, conversation history, and onboarding answers for as long as your account is active — there is no automatic deletion after a fixed period. Data is removed from your account when you delete it yourself: immediately for your chat history (see below, removed from your account and chat list) or permanently for your whole account (see "Your choices").
Data is stored with encryption at rest provided by our hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can access, correct, or delete your information at any time; deleting your chat history or your account (below) is fully self-service and immediate. For anything else — including requesting a copy (export) of your data or a correction we haven't built a self-service tool for yet — email hello@lovecuri.com and we'll handle it directly. Depending on where you live, you may also have specific statutory rights over your data — for example under the GDPR (EU/ UK), the DPDP Act (India), or the CCPA (California) — and we intend to honor those rights regardless of exactly which law applies to you.
LoveCuri is for adults 18 and older. We rely on your own confirmation (self-attestation) at signup that you meet this requirement — we do not independently verify your age or identity.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your account, conversations, and onboarding data.
You can remove all of your chat conversations at any time, without deleting your account. This is immediate and removes every conversation from your chat history and account — you won't be able to access them afterward.
